Mispa Nano Plus - Fully Automatic Biochemistry Analyzer
Mispa Nano Plus is a fully automated, discrete, random access, benchtop clinical chemistry analyzer. Mispa Nano Plus is a high throughput biochemistry analyser which ensure minimum sample processing time. Mispa Nano Plus has grating photometry for best reliability, maximum accuracy, and better calibration stability. Mispa Nano Plus is the most advanced and uniquely designed benchtop equipment for today’s entry-level to medium-volume labs.
The reagent and sample tray provide 24 hrs cooling by maintaining a temperature between 2-12 degrees Celsius. Sample positions can accommodate primary sample tubes, aliquot tubes, and microcentrifuge tubes. Mispa nano plus comes with 80 reusable cuvettes and a 4-stage and eight steps onboard washing station. Mispa Nano Plus is able to perform endpoint, fixed time, kinetic, single & dual reagents chemistries mono & bi chromatic, linear & non-linear multipoint calibration.Â
Grating photometry system
Mispa Nano plus have a low operational cost in terms of water consumption and detergent consumption. Only 6.5 Litre/hr on performing up to 360 tests which makes the instrument suitable for any laboratory. All water used in the washing of cuvettes and probes is preheated to ensure zero carryovers.Â

Onboard laundryÂ
After performing the tests, washing takes a major role in the system for providing reliable results. Mispa Nano Plus offers four stages of an efficient laundry station, having a total of 8 steps. Quality of cleaning is checked after every step during washing, ensuring zero carryovers. Mispa Nano plus laundry system ensures taking out highly concentrated biological waste by vacuum cleaning, and it is transferred to a separate container. Vacuum draining liquid, detergent, and warm water rinsing for guaranteed accuracy.
Water & detergent consumption
Mispa Nano plus comes with a grating photometry system, which is way much better than old traditional filter-based photometry. Any filter-based photometric system starts losing its capability to perform in due course of time, and due to an increase in gain, calibration stability deteriorates. Mispa Nano Plus has 12 wavelengths starting from 340nm to 800nm, with a lower bandwidth range which gives accuracy in results with maximum consistency.Â

- Mispa Nano Plus has a pre and post-dilution facility of samples which gives better flexibility on the usage of a single sample for multiple uses.
Mispa Nano Plus has a reagent volume of 10~300 µl step by 0.5 µl and a sample volume of 2~35 µl step by 0.1 µl. The minimum amount ensures the minimal Cost per test.
