The measurement methods used in this analyzer are:
- The Electrical Impedance method for determining the RBC and PLT data;
- The colorimetric method for determining the HGB;
Flow cytometry by laser for determining the WBC data.
Tri angle scatter + focussed flow + chemical dye, creates the possibility for a better 5-part WBC differentiation.
